Unterstützt RTDs (Pt100, Pt1000, Cu50, Cu100, BA1, BA2 u.a.) Galvanische Isolation zwischen Eingang, Ausgang und Stromversorgung Selbstdiagnose für stabile und sichere Signalübertragung Hohe Genauigkeit: ±0,1% F.S. Sehr geringer Temperaturdrift: ≤40 ppm/°C Schnelle Reaktion: ≤500 ms Flexibel: Strom- und Spannungsausgänge oder 1:1-Ausgang (TC/RTD) Für DIN-Schiene geeignet Industriequalität nach IEC61326-1 (EMV) Technische Spezifikationen Kategorie Details Modellreihe HDTW Genauigkeit ±0,1 % F.S. (bei 25°C ± 2°C) Reaktionszeit ≤500 ms Temperaturdrift ≤40 ppm/°C Ausgangsripple <5 mV Eingangssignale (TC) K, E, S, B, J, T, R, N, WRe3/25, WRe5/26 u.a. Eingangssignale (RTD) Pt100, Pt1000, Cu50, Cu100, BA1, BA2 u.a. Ausgangssignale 4-20mA; 0-20mA; 0-5V; 0-10V; 1:1 Thermoelement; 1:1 RTD Lastwiderstand Stromausgang ≤600 Ω (bei 4-20mA); ≤1 kΩ (bei ±10mA) Lastwiderstand Spannungsausg. ≥1 MΩ (0-5V); ≥2 MΩ (0-10V) Versorgungsspannung DC 18–32V Leistungsaufnahme DC 24V: 0,7W (1in1out) / 1,3W (2in2out) Isolation ≥2500 VAC, 1 min, 1 mA Isolationswiderstand ≥100 MΩ Kanalkonfigurationen 1in/1out, 1in/2out, 2in/2out Betriebstemperatur -20°C bis +60°C Schutzklasse IP20 (für Schaltschrankmontage) Abmessung: 110mm x 117mm x 17 mm Lieferumfang: 1 x Temperatur-Signalwandler HDTW (nach Auswahl)

-50°C to +500°C Temperature Sensor RTD PT100 Transmitter Module DC 24V 4-20MA Thermometer
The PT100 RTD is a high-precision temperature sensor that plays a key role in many industrial applications. Its design is based on a fine platinum wire whose electrical resistance depends on temperature. At 0 degrees Celsius, this sensor has a resistance of exactly 100 ohms, which gives it its name. The PT100 RTD operates on the principle that the resistance of a metal increases with increasing temperature. This property makes the PT100 particularly suitable for precise temperature measurements. Unlike other temperature sensors, such as thermocouples, the PT100 RTD offers excellent linearity and very low drift over time, making it a reliable choice for many industrial applications. Another advantage of the PT100 RTD is its high accuracy. In critical applications, such as the chemical or pharmaceutical industries, it is crucial to measure precise temperatures to ensure product quality. The PT100 can measure temperatures in a range from -200 to +850 degrees Celsius, making it versatile. The installation and calibration of the PT100 RTD is relatively simple. It is often used in conjunction with special measuring devices that precisely convert resistance changes into temperature values. This allows for easy integration into existing process monitoring systems. Characteristics: Sensor: Pt100 Measuring range: -50 to +500 °C Output: 4-20mA Working voltage: DC 24V Accuracy: plus or minus 0.2 percent FS Dimensions: 45 mm diameter (1.77 inches (approx. 45 mm)) Material: plastic Weight: 25 g Scope of delivery : 1 x piece
